Reply time. Enquiries sent before 16:00 GMT+8 get an answer the same working day. Everything else, by the next morning. If it has been two days, the email did not arrive — send it again.
Common questions
What is your minimum order?

300 pcs for laser-marked catalogue parts, 500 pcs for custom colour and packaging, 1,000–3,000 for new tooling. Mixed models can combine to reach the total.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Catalogue samples ship within 3 days; you cover the courier and the sample is credited against your first order.

Who owns the tooling?

You do, when you pay for it. We store it free for three years and it never runs for another customer. Written into the supply agreement.

Do you ship DDP?

We quote FOB Shanghai as standard. DDP to a US or EU DC is available on request — we will quote it with the duty and clearance shown separately.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, with three working days' notice. We will collect you from Pudong or Hongqiao airport.
