A part that does not exist yet. Send a drawing, a broken sample, or a competitor's part to cost down — the DFM report comes back before the price does.

Most suppliers quote you a part and then hand you a shipping document. We handle the six steps in between — because that is where orders actually go wrong.
You can take one or all six. Nothing is bundled to hide a margin, and nothing is outsourced except finishing and third-party inspection.

02
Our catalogue part, your brand. Laser etch, pad print, or an emboss cut into the tool. Custom colour from 500 pieces, printed carton, your barcode.
03
Three routes, three questions. A 3D print tells you if the shape is right. A CNC prototype tells you if the fit is right. A T1 sample tells you if the part is right.
04
Four gates and a written record at each one. AQL 2.5 on majors, CMM first-article on every run. Your inspector gets a desk and the paperwork, not an excuse.
05
The parts that wear: bolts, wing nuts, cradles, caster wheels, foam pads. Held five years after a model is discontinued, shipped in small quantities.
06
FOB Shanghai as standard, DDP to a US or EU DC on request — and consolidation of several suppliers into one container, usually the biggest first-order saving.
Both columns can send you a clamp. Only one of them can tell you why yours failed.

If you are not sure, send the drawing anyway and say so. Working out which service you need is part of the first reply, and it does not cost anything.
